You’ll: Lead daily classroom routines for infants and young toddlers Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences Create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development Build trusting relationships with children and their families Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Ensure compliance with Montana licensing requirements and Discovery Kidzone policies Partner with center leadership to maintain high-quality classroom operations What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an educator who is ready to lead with confidence, patience, and a genuine passion for infants. At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare or early learning program Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred Leadership experience is a plus, but not required Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework preferred Strong classroom management, communication, organization, and leadership skills Dependable, patient, professional, and team-oriented Passion for supporting children's early development CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Ability to complete all required Montana licensing, training, and background check requirements Grow Your Career With Discovery Kidzone At Discovery Kidzone, we believe great teachers deserve great support.
