Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Duties: Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing; monitor financials and sales trends; manage inventory levels and merchandising presentation; uphold safety, security, and store policies; provide excellent customer service; maintain a clean and organized environment; and ensure compliance with company procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to interpret documents and perform calculations; knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising; problem-solving abilities; and, ideally, management experience in retail. Bilingual skills may be preferred. Physical & Work Environment: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds; occasional climbing and outdoor exposure; fast-paced setting with moderate noise levels.
