Customer Care Associate (Temp-to-Hire) North Haven Pay: $21–$23/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers while working heavily with data, files, and administrative processes behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Support customer accounts through data entry, file uploads, and record management Process invoices and orders with a high level of accuracy Match, verify, and reconcile numerical data and customer records Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates as needed Maintain organized documentation, spreadsheets, and reports Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve discrepancies Requirements: Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas) High attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and data Previous customer service or administrative experience Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and data-driven administrative work, with the potential to grow into a long-term role.
