Position Highlights

- Shift: 1st Shift, Days
Position Summary
Perform various functions on a rotational basis relating to the preparing and dispensing of pharmaceuticals, under the supervision of the pharmacist to assist the pharmacist in attaining the goals of the Pharmacy Department
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a ASHP Accredited Technician Program and/or holds a National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Should be registered in or eligible for registration in the State of CT as Pharmacy technician.
- Experience with computers, Mathematical calculations, Medication Nomenclature, and aseptic technique for IV admixtures required.
- An associate degree in Pharmacy Technology or sciences preferred.
