Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or HHA to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield in Bridgeport, Connecticut. As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional care and compassion in their homes.

About the Role:

As a CNA or HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will also provide personal care to clients as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent

• Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes, and visit information for client care plans
