Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Analyst to support billing operations for a respected insurance organization. In this role, you will manage billing inquiries, support software users, and ensure a high level of service to agents, insureds, and internal teams. This position offers a hybrid work schedule after six months of training and strong potential for long-term career growth. Responsibilities:

• Respond to agent and insured billing inquiries and process electronic payments and account setups
• Provide technical support for billing and policy servicing systems
• Answer underwriting questions related to commercial auto and property policies
• Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required 
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is $46,800, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
