Client Associate

Responsibilities Maintain and update client information in firm systems to support accurate records and client service. Assist with educating clients on basic account services and features, escalating questions as needed. Support the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings. Collect and process required documentation for new accounts and routine service requests. Assist with team marketing initiatives, including event coordination and maintaining marketing materials. Help maintain a shared team calendar to track meetings, deadlines, and key activities. Qualifications Series 7 and 66 licenses (willing to obtain). Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance. Ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector. Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills. Detail oriented (nothing gets past you). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Salary and Benefits The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - California - Beverly Hills min USD 70,000 - max USD 76,000 per year.
