Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities Systematically assesses patients' health status arrives at appropriate diagnost(es) and implements a care plan for effective clinical outcomes. Contributes to effective and efficient practice management policies and practices that support patient access to medical care. Manage patient care through appropriate use of available resources. Provides leadership for practice and community relations. Demonstrates commitment to fellow employees and to the practice. Requirements License/Certification: current valid Texas medical license required Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies Contributes to a safe working environment Meets applicable credentialing and privileging standards for specialty Board certification in relevant specialty or Board Eligibility working towards Board Certification Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills Ability to influence/motivate others at all professional and administrative levels Access to protected health information: The entire file may be accessed for the purpose of delivering comprehensive coordinated care.
