To see our full list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: Job Summary The Hospitality Host is responsible for Casino Floor coverage supporting the entire Player Development department. The role requires administrative, customer service and system expertise, as well as the ability to provide the same level of service to Casino Host customers when the Hosts are not present. Key Responsibilities Engage Casino Players on the casino floor, attend special events, and maintain knowledge of daily promotions. Assist Casino Hosted guests with requests and demands, including VIP customers who have relationships with Player Development team members. Provide hands‑on real‑time service for VIP customers and demonstrate exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers. Deliver timely and accurate service in a fast‑paced, high‑demand atmosphere. Promote the Unity Rewards program and educate guests on the value of using their card. Handle all operational aspects of player development department from opening to closing daily. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and all required paperwork is completed and filed accurately. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of guest service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the casino or hotel business. Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred. Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs is preferred. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is preferred. Experience with gaming machines and/or table games is preferred. Exceptional guest service skills and the ability to resolve stressful situations. Ability to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compliance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 20 lbs. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The position is performed on the Casino Floor in a fast‑paced, guest‑smoking environment with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise. Native American Preference Policy The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements. Licensing & Compliance Candidates must obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations prior to beginning employment.
