Our Superior Honda dealership is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist and Cashier at Spring grove, Cincinnati !

Work hours: Approximately 20 hrs. per week

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 5pm to 8pm

Saturdays 8am - 7pm

Sundays 12:00pm 5:00pm

Pay $16 hr.

Position Responsibilities

• Receipt in cash and check transactions received for Service, Parts and Sales
• Handle all cash transactions for the dealership
• Issue temporary tags for all sold vehicles
• Preparing Service Repair Orders (RO's) to be scanned into DMS
• Scanning RO's into DMS
• Answer calls that come into the receptionist line
• Prepare deposits

Coming Aboard and Training

• Two polo shirts will be provided by the company. Additional items can be purchased by the employee if desired.
• All training will be conducted within the office by the manager and coworkers
• Additional training maybe offered through the corporate office

Qualifications:

• Customer handling experience is required
• Handling phone calls and walk in customers professionally
• Good Interpersonal Skills and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
