Associate Dentist - Part Time Location: Jackson Township, New Jersey Compensation:
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually (annualized earnings potential)
- Sign-On Bonus: Offered
- Schedule: Tuesday & Friday
- Compensation Structure: Strong minimum daily guarantee plus percentage of collections
- Established practice serving the community since 1995
- Multi-provider clinical team including full-time and part-time dentists and hygienists
- Approximately 2,300 active patients
- Balanced payer mix: 50% PPO / 50% Fee-For-Service
- Comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry services offered

- Modern diagnostic and treatment planning systems
- Efficient scheduling and strong clinical support staff
- Provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care
- Conduct thorough examinations and develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans
- Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral health maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Maintain high standards of infection control, clinical documentation, and ethical care
- Manage clinical schedule efficiently while delivering a positive patient experience
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

- Active New Jersey dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience required

- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and confident chairside presence
- Comfortable working in a mixed PPO / FFS practice environment
