Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish suitable treatment objectives.

Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

A Master's degree or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Demonstrated competency in mental health counseling acquired through specialized training or extensive experience.

Sound knowledge of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health conditions.

Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic abilities, with a clear talent for building rapport and motivating clients towards recovery.

Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Prior experience in a community health clinic setting or similar environment is preferred.
