Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and supporting financial decision-making. Job Description:

• Prepare budgets and forecasts, including monthly/quarterly projections.
  
  
• Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify root causes.
  
  
• Design and create financial models for special projects.
  
  
• Retrieve historical data from internal legacy systems.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry reporting guidelines.
  
  
• Collaborate with department heads to manage spending and optimize financial processes.
  
  
• Develop and adjust KPIs to drive business decisions.
  
  
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate department heads.
  
  
• Generate internal management reports and provide insights to senior management.
  
  
• Assist in drafting SEC reports, preparing financial statements, and creating presentations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  
  
• 1-5 years of related experience.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  
  
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to understand operational impact on financial results.
