Client Services Associate Client Services This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for a Client Services Associate. Responsibilities Own relationships with 15+ client accounts Collaborate with client to understand pain points, determine AI use cases, define requirements and identify data sources for integration Lead the client onboarding process by delivering software trainings and facilitating regular checkpoints Manage deployment timelines and production readiness activities Lead customer training sessions for the company’s AI tools Administer regular customer experience surveys, relaying technical feedback to product teams and working with clients to improve user adoption Triage customer requests and escalate issues to technical support team Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, information systems or liberal arts Demonstrated interest in B2B products, client services, compliance, or AI innovation 3+ years of experience in client services, consulting, account management, or customer support Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams Detail-oriented and quick learner Strong emotional intelligence and coachable Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users #J-18808-Ljbffr
