ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kenneth Howard Insurance and Financial Services, Inc is searching for a customer care team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.   RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide service activities support customers with their needs
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

• Service experience preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license 
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking
