Reach Truck Operator

Adecco is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator, in Olive Branch, MS for a Temp to Hire opportunity. In this role, you'll play a key part in the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products within a busy warehouse environment. You'll operate a variety of powered industrial equipment such as Raymond-Reach Trucks and Order Pickers to support daily operations. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team setting, we'd love to meet you! The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.

Available shifts are 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM and 5:45 PM - 1:30 AM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Safely operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform routine pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure product integrity
• Identify and report product discrepancies, damages, or quality issues
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of forklift experience required
• Certified to operate powered industrial trucks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
