International Chefs de Partie | Riviera Dining Group

Riviera Dining Group is redefining hospitality through elevated dining, vibrant nightlife, and immersive design. From the success of MILA in Miami Beach to the expansion of AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG is building a collection of destinations that offer more than a meal they create unforgettable experiences.

Riviera Dining Group is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join our luxury culinary teams in Florida through our 12-month J-1 Trainee Program.

This is an opportunity for qualified international culinary professionals to gain hands-on experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs, including Michelin-starred culinary leaders.

Ideal Candidates:

23 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred
Strong culinary skills and high-volume kitchen experience
Basic English communication skills
Passionate, disciplined, and team-oriented
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

J-1 Program Includes:

12 months of structured culinary training
Hands-on experience in luxury U.S. hospitality
Mentorship from experienced culinary leaders
