Our specialty is Polished Concrete Flooring, providing nationwide service. Responsibilities Operate grind and polish equipment. Lead a successful project team on job‑sites throughout the U.S. Supervise all phases of concrete flooring applications. Maintain excellent communication and organization. Perform tools and machinery work for various phases of concrete polishing. Qualifications Experienced field supervision in concrete flooring installations. Must be willing to travel and work an average of two or more consecutive weeks at a time. Concrete polishing experience is necessary. Valid driver’s license; must be able to drive a truck with a trailer. A DOT physical may be required. Self‑starter with excellent leadership skills. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay based on experience. Lodging while working out‑of‑town jobs. Per diem expense for food. Travel time paid to and from job‑sites if you drive company vehicles.
