job summary:
Join a contract DOD manufacturer in an exciting time of growth as a Manufacturing Engineer in Riverside, CA. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability. An ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience within an DOD manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire role with opportunity for growth.

• Lead design, development, and manufacturing of mechanical components and assemblies

• Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to develop and implement scalable manufacturing and assembly processes
  
  
  
• Create and maintain process documentation and controls for production

• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing practices

• Investigate material failures and manufacturing defects

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering in an DOD environment with metallic, composite, and TPS products

• Solidworks experience

• ERP experience

• GD&T knowledge

• Medical, Dental, 401K, Bonus Eligible

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)
