Who You Are Experienced recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition work Experience working in a staffing agency Comfortable juggling 20–30 requisitions across diverse departments Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities Energized by collaboration Naturally resourceful and able to pivot between temp and perm searches with ease What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to fill roles in IT, finance, billing, reception, and more Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for non-attorney positions Manage full-cycle recruiting for both temporary and permanent openings Keep pace with high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining quality Contribute to team culture and support evolving business needs Work onsite four days a week with Fridays remote What Success Looks Like Roles are filled efficiently with top-tier talent across multiple functions Hiring managers trust your judgment and rely on your responsiveness You’re a seamless extension of the team, bringing energy and precision You maintain momentum across dozens of open roles without missing a beat You help keep operations moving smoothly Pay Rate: $38 - $45 hourly, based on experience Location: HybridGainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
