Process Technician

Join a manufacturing team where you'll help keep production running smoothly through machine operation, material handling, packaging, and general production work. Training is provided, and multiple shift opportunities are available.

• Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform packaging, assembly, and production tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Support warehouse and production operations as needed

• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow work instructions
• Machine operation experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
