Operations Support Specialist

Must have: 3 to 5 years of experience in operations support, technical support, or a similar position Experience with technical support, with at least 3 years required Familiarity with IoT systems, cloud platforms, or smart metering infrastructure is a strong advantage Experience working with data systems, SQL databases, or reporting tools Ability to work within structured schedules and time-sensitive data delivery processes Strong organizational and documentation abilities with excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical information to clients and partners Strong analytical thinking with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capability Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with Linux environments is considered an asset Must be able to work in person in London, ON Responsibilities: Act as a primary contact for client-side stakeholders, providing timely updates on data delivery, service requests, and issue resolution Process client requests for system data, audit records, and information exports from our IoT platform Respond professionally and accurately to client and partner inquiries through ticketing systems, email, phone, and chat Coordinate technical communications to support rapid issue resolution and maintain a high level of client service Support meter technicians in the field Operate and monitor our Head-End System to track device connectivity and performance Support communication gateway health checks, troubleshooting, and escalation when required Assist with field device monitoring, connectivity verification, and commissioning support Investigate and resolve operational issues involving cloud services, communication gateways, and metering hardware Maintain and revise standard operating procedures and internal technical documentation Identify recurring issues and help drive preventive actions and process improvements Document root cause analyses and resolution steps to strengthen team knowledge sharing Monitor and carry out scheduled daily data deliveries from IoT metering devices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Retrieve and process data outputs according to operational schedules and service level agreements Support data automation workflows and maintain end-to-end data integrity across our platform Keep daily logs of operational activity, data delivery status, and issue resolution steps Company: We are LYNKED, a technology company focused on innovative solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability across residential and commercial properties.
