Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to lead our HR and talent acquisition functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and creating initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational growth.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives

• Manage performance management and employee relations matters

• Coordinate training and professional development programs

• Administer employee benefits and assist with compensation planning

• Maintain HR records and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition programs

• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, or human services settings
