The Role:

• Location: Medford, OR
• Assignment duration: 11/1/2026 - Ongoing
• Shift Type: 9am-9pm or 11pm-6am (may get out closer to 7a)
• Shift coverage: Day and night shifts required; nights are the major need.
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 4-8 shifts a month
• Patient Encounters Per Shift: 16
• Annual Volume: 37,000
• Support Staff: 6 RNs, 3 Office Staff
• Requirements: Active OR License, ABEM Certified, ACLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Interview: Phone interview with the Medical Director required
