Welder $22.00 - $29.00/Hour 2nd Shift 03:30 PM - 02:00 AM Monday -Thursday Welder Responsibilities - Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials - Set up welding equipment and fixtures for production jobs - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately - Fabricate and assemble metal components to precise tolerances - Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Requirements For Welder - Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator - Strong setup and fixture experience - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - High level of workmanship and attention to detail - Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment - Welding certifications are a plus IND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
