Sr Business Analyst

Senior Business AnalystThe Senior Business Analyst supports healthcare operations by identifying, analyzing, and helping resolve operational issues that impact patient care, regulatory compliance, quality, and efficiency. This role leads cross-functional work groups across clinical, administrative, and operational teams to plan, coordinate, and track the actions required to address identified issues. The Senior Business Analyst analyzes operational and performance data to identify trends and emerging risks, provides clear and timely reporting to leadership at all levels, and supports issue management and minor initiatives. This is a non-technical role focused on business processes, operational performance, and stakeholder coordination rather than system design or application development.Required Skills:Lead cross-functional work groups involving clinical, operational, quality, compliance, and administrative stakeholders to address healthcare operational issuesFacilitate issue identification, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and action planning to support operational improvementsDevelop and deliver clear status updates, dashboards, and reports for frontline leaders, management, and executive leadershipDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment without direct authority Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing healthcare operational, quality, or performance dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior and executive leadershipStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational issues simultaneouslyExperience working with healthcare regulatory, accreditation, or quality frameworks (e.g., Client, Joint Commission, state or federal regulations)Experience with performance improvement, root cause analysis, or customer satisfaction initiativesBasic project coordination experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in a related field
