Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections Specialist

LHH has partnered again with a growing organization in search for an temp AR Specialist. Main responsibilities of this 1 month temp AR Specialist role include: Accurately record customer payments, including checks, cash, ACH, and wire transfers. Process credit card transactions. Complete daily cash receipt reconciliations. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Assist with weekly collection activities. Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any large ERP system. Professional with solid communication skills able to effectively interact with not only internal teams but with customers. Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled .
