In this highly client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to marketing executives—many in the luxury fashion and beauty space—working to retain and grow their business through data-backed affiliate and creator strategies. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and help scale ShopMy’s brand success model.Your Impact to The Role:Serve as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for high-profile brand accountsPartner with Sales to align on goals and unlock upsell opportunitiesDeliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that lead to client growthProactively identify and solve day-to-day business challenges across your portfolioElevate conversations with brand stakeholders to maximize value and investment in ShopMyEscalate meaningful product feedback to influence product developmentRepresent the voice of the client internally and ensure an exceptional experience across touchpointsYou Are Energized By:Building lasting relationships with leading brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyleActing as a key driver of business growth through data, creativity, and strategic thinkingWorking cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impactLeading clients through affiliate and creator strategies that performTaking initiative and ownership in solving challenges and exceeding expectationsWhat We Are Looking For:5+ years of experience in a highly client-facing, strategic role within an agency, marketing organization, media company, SaaS company, or similar environmentExperience supporting high-profile or luxury brandsPerformance fluency - you can read the data, diagnose what's driving results, and recommend clear next stepsA track record leading client conversations on growth, performance, testing, and budget, and turning them into retention and expansionStrong communicator who can make complex performance insights land with senior stakeholdersComfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsBachelor’s DegreeBonus Points:SaaS Customer Success experienceExperience at a remote startupNYC-based is a plus, but not requiredDeep understanding of affiliate marketing and the creator economyFamiliarity with SalesforceIn compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. New York Pay Range$110,000—$130,000 USDThe provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
