RSC Landscaping, a leading company in Sussex County, is renowned for its expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for both commercial and residential properties. We are currently seeking a dedicated Irrigation Crew Member to join our team. Working closely with our Irrigation Manager, Crew Leader, Service Technicians, and Designers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all aspects of our irrigation projects are executed to the highest company standards.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of irrigation equipment, including pumps, valves, sprinklers, pipes, and other related tools.
Calculate watering requirements and ensure proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants using irrigation systems.
Assist in the preparation of sites for irrigation projects and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various irrigation components.
Maintain cleanliness of the project area by collecting and discarding litter or other waste materials after project completion.
Adhere to company standards, requirements, and safety rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of irrigation parts, practices, and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently, thoroughly, and follow directions.
Thorough understanding of how to properly hydrate various types of lawns, greenery, and plants.
Experience operating various types of power equipment and hand tools required for irrigation.
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
