Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Castroville, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment helping students reach their communication goals.

Responsibilities
•Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
•Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
•Address communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
•Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per IDEA and Texas state guidelines

Position Highlights
•Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
•School-based role at McNair Middle School
•Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

Qualifications
•Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Active Texas SLP license (required)
•CCC-SLP preferred, but strong candidates will be considered
•Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
