About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily apartment community in Tampa, FL. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process rent payments, post charges, and assist with delinquency and collections follow-up.

• Support leasing by handling tours, applications, approvals, renewals, and move-ins.

• Respond to resident concerns and help resolve issues professionally.

• Enter data and run reports in property management software.

• Assist the Property Manager with reporting, vendor coordination, and daily operations.

• Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing and community policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of multifamily property management experience preferred.

• Strong leasing, collections, resident relations, and administrative skills.

• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar software is a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
