We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at ourOutpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland . In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring top-notch mental health care delivery to our consumers. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions for those who sign-on by September 30th!
Position Details:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Location: Silver Spring Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Candidate Info:

• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C) Maryland state licensure in mental health services
• Able to provide clinical supervision to interns and LMSW therapists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
• Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $75,215 - $84,241 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year
Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
