Property Manager Self Storage

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a self-storage facility in Oakley, CA. Responsibilities include leasing units, providing excellent customer service, managing payments and accounts, maintaining the property, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Strong communication, organization, and sales skills are essential. 

*NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers in a professional manner, assess their needs and offer solutions. 
• Assist the customers in renting units, understanding their lease agreement, fees and insurance. 
• Keep the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills. 
• Ensure the property and units are always customer-ready by cleaning units, sweeping, and removing debris. 
• Ensure that the property is maintained and appealing to the eye. 
• Keep office clean and organized. Maintain all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner. 
• Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits.

The Work Schedule is: T -F 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm
