Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but open to all passionate BCBAs
• Skilled in providing supervision to RBTs and other support personnel
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and guide individualized programming for students
• Supervise and support RBTs in the delivery of intervention services
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to promote a positive, inclusive school environment
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in regular meetings and contribute expertise as the district shapes its new behavioral support framework
