Experience in First Party Property and General Liability Defense is preferred. About the Role What SBLL Seeks A skilled Attorney with at least 0-3 years of relevant experience First Party Property Defense / General Liability experience preferred Admitted to practice in Florida Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organization and attention to detail, with focus on daily and long-term case goals Self-motivated, passionate, and driven Strong research, writing, and communication skills Adaptable and collaborative, with a commitment to team success A professional who enjoys working in a cooperative environment Responsibilities Review claim files, analyze case strategy, and prepare strategic reports Attend court hearings and depositions Draft litigation pleadings, conduct strategic discovery, and prepare and argue motions Negotiate effective and favorable resolutions on behalf of clients Provide clear, tactical feedback to clients in a timely and responsive manner
