National Logistics Service is looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Logistics Account Executive — right here in Cincinnati.

This is a 100% on-site position based in our Cincinnati office. This is a salary + commission position.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Receive up to 9 months of training from an experienced Account Executive
• Build your own book of business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients through outbound sales calls.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers — keeping everything moving smoothly.
• Build strong, long-term relationships by delivering top-tier customer service.
• Ensure timely, efficient delivery of client shipments.
• Prove yourself on the sales floor and earn your way into our salary + commission structure — with room for fast career growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of sales experience (bonus if you’ve worked in logistics!)
• A go-getter attitude — we want someone who thrives in a high-energy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking on your feet.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• A self-motivated team player who’s eager to learn and grow.
