Job Description $10,000 Sign-On Bonus RN Gero Psych - FT Days - 7417-2286 Palestine Regional Medical Center Description The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The RN effectively interacts with patients, patients' family members, physicians and co-workers while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN initiates discharge planning and healthcare education to the patient and/or their family members to promote recovery. Qualifications Required to be currently licensed, have a temporary permit or an active application in progress for licensure as an RN/GN in the state of Texas.
