Expeditor

We are looking for Expeditor for our client Environmental Air Systems. This role is the bridge between procurement, operations, and projects, ensuring materials arrive on time, in spec, and aligned with schedule. The job skills that will make you successful in this role are the following: Must be able to analyze complex problems and work between multiple applications to resolve them. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to follow standard work processes. Good organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Knowledge of materials management, purchasing methods, and expediting procedures. Must be able to work under pressure. Strong level knowledge of standard ERP/ MRP principles and practices. Infor/LN experience/purchasing module knowledge is preferred. Expeditors’ Core Responsibilities Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project teams Maintain accurate records in ERP and audit ready.) Identify and escape delays, shortages, and scheduling risks Support procurement leadership/admin functions Qualification 2-4 years of experience in purchasing/expediting in a custom engineered manufacturing organization to order/make order to ERP/MRP driven manufacturing environment. Understanding of ERP systems and Excel and spreadsheeting skills. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Knowledge and use of Infor ERP system.
