As a key player in our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and interaction. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide guidance, and oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Current licensure in the applicable state, maintaining an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment

• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
• Deliver quality nursing care competently and knowledgeably
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
