Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions based on established treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each student. \n
- Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify student needs, developing case management plans as necessary, and ensuring students are referred to the appropriate resources. \n
- Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation training, and motivational interviewing, adapting your approach to meet the individual or group needs of clients. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in team meetings, case consultations, and coordination of care with both clinical and educational staff. \n
- Design, plan, and deliver outreach initiatives related to mental wellness and preventive strategies within the school community to promote mental health awareness. \n
The primary clientele will be students from diverse backgrounds, including those who face various socio-economic challenges. This role emphasizes a trauma-informed and social justice framework to ensure that all students are provided with equitable access to mental health resources. As an LCSW, you will address not only the immediate mental health concerns but also long-term resilience and emotional support for the youth in our program.

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- An active Pennsylvania license in social work, with certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of three years of experience in the behavioral health field, preferably focusing on school-based or youth mental health initiatives. \n
