Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions based on established treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each student.

• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify student needs, developing case management plans as necessary, and ensuring students are referred to the appropriate resources.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation training, and motivational interviewing, adapting your approach to meet the individual or group needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in team meetings, case consultations, and coordination of care with both clinical and educational staff.

• Design, plan, and deliver outreach initiatives related to mental wellness and preventive strategies within the school community to promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n
