Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being. \n
- Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest quality of care. \n
Your role will involve working with a diverse population of clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including chronic illness, palliative care needs, and end-of-life concerns. You will engage with individuals and families who are seeking support for grief, loss, and emotional distress, providing the necessary tools and strategies to navigate these challenging times.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly in hospice or palliative care environments. \n
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapies and treatment methodologies relevant to our client population. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that allow for building trusting relationships with clients. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
