Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment plan development, implementation, and discharge planning. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for inpatients and outpatients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Document initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Participate in patient care conferences and interdepartmental meetings.
Provide patient, family, and caregiver education and counseling.
Coordinate the Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant student programs.
Assist with department operations, including orientation and scheduling.
Identify and provide educational opportunities for self, department, and community.
Demonstrate adherence to organization's CORE values and performance improvement activities.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
BLS certification from AHA
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Completion of pre-employment and annual health screening
