Seasonal Sales Associate

Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate position. The role involves providing excellent customer service, sharing fandom knowledge, restocking merchandise, and maintaining an appealing store layout. What You'll Do Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, using product knowledge and customer experience skills. Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards. Work the register, process sales transactions, and drive add‑on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and relevant HQ partners. Work with Store Management to ensure proper handling of merchandise and prevent misuse or theft. Support the maintenance of store areas, helping keep the stock room organized and the store tidy. Collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a team. Perform any other activities assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need Previous experience working in a retail environment. Strong customer service and sales skills. Minimum age of 16 years. Effective collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack/unpack merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds. Pay: $14 - $15.40 an hour.
