Equipment Operator

We're seeking skilled equipment operators to join our team. As an operator with MTM Enterprises, you'll work with modern machinery to execute various construction and vegetation management projects. Requirements Qualifications needed: 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment Valid driver's license Equipment certifications (preferred) Knowledge of safety regulations Ability to read site plans and grade stakes A Day as an Equipment Operator Your responsibilities will include: Operating excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery Performing daily equipment inspections Following safety protocols and procedures Maintaining accurate logs of work completed Collaborating with ground crews and supervisors Why Join Our Team?
