Registered Nurse, Tele (Night Shift)

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Tele (Night Shift) in San Antonio, Texas.

Location: San Antonio, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift: 12 Hour Night shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in this role will provide high-quality care in the Telemetry unit, monitoring patients with complex cardiac conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and updates accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience: Previous experience in a telemetry unit or similar care environment is required.

Certifications/Licensure: Current RN license to practice in Texas is required. BLS certification is also required.
