Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing insurance team in Bartow, FL. This role is responsible for servicing existing client accounts, handling policy changes, and delivering a high level of customer support across personal lines products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service and manage a book of personal lines accounts (home, auto, renters, etc.)
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Review coverage and assist clients with policy questions
- Process certificates, documentation, and policy updates accurately
- Work closely with producers and carriers to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
- Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with QQ Catalysis and Agency Zoom (Strongly preferred)
- Prior experience working in an independent agency environment
- Salary range: $35,000 - $40,000
- Stable, full-time position
