Be the Best Operations Manager You Can Be: If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High school diploma or GED Associate's degree or relevant experience required Bachelor's degree preferred 3 - 5 years of experience as a coordinator or in the Home Care environment 1 - 2 year of management experience preferred Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you will: Lead the Training & Employment team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and administrative operations. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to meet staffing needs. Ensure all onboarding, credentialing, and employee documentation is completed accurately and maintained in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. Manage caregiver compliance programs, including file audits, training schedules, in-service education, and ongoing regulatory requirements. Supervise administrative and reception staff to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional customer service. Partner with Human Resources and Operations teams to address employee and client concerns, support training initiatives, and implement company programs and process improvements.
