Outside Roofing Sales Representative

Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and networking. Perform complimentary roof inspections. Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters. Educate customers and recommend roofing solutions. Manage leads and follow up using our CRM. Close sales and build lasting customer relationships.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Great communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
First 90 Days: $35,000 annual base salary + commissions. After 90 Days: Base salary + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Average earnings: $65,000–$98,000+. Top performers earn $120,000+.
