OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! Traveling Window Installer — Residential Luxury Homes Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm Location: Wilsonville, OR Pay: $25-$30+/hr. DOE Travel: Projects across Oregon, typically within a 4-hour radius and home for the night! About the Role Join a rapidly expanding team installing high-end window packages on multi-million-dollar homes ranging from $3M to $20M. You’ll travel with another installer in a company van to job sites throughout Oregon, working on premier residential construction projects. The team currently consists of seven skilled installers, and we are looking to add another dependable, hard-working professional to support our growing workload. What You’ll Do Install premium window systems on luxury residential homes Travel to job sites throughout Oregon (primarily within 4-hour radius) Work alongside another installer in a company-provided install van Maintain high-quality workmanship and professionalism on high-value properties Follow all safety protocols and company standards The Musts 2+ years of carpentry or window installations experience Experience in construction, carpentry, or installation—preferably residential or finish work Knowledge and ability to accurately read/use a tape measure Good tenure Ability/willingness to travel Clean and professional demeanor when working on multi-million-dollar homes Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a steady full-time schedule Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for the employee 401(k) with 2.5% match College savings contribution: $1,000 annually per dependent Paid time off: 1 week sick time 1 week vacation to start 2 weeks vacation after 2 years 3 weeks vacation after 5 years Profit sharing annually, based on performance Next Steps If you are interested and think your skills line up, please submit a resume and call Ricky at View phone number on click.appcast.io or Kacie at View phone number on click.appcast.io. #LI-RP1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
