About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Development and Integrations to lead its M&A strategy and execution, with a focus on driving the end-to-end process from deal sourcing to post-close integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the corporate M&A strategy, building and managing a proprietary acquisition pipeline, and leading all diligence, valuation, and structuring activities. This role also involves owning the post-close integration process, including integration planning, cross-functional leadership, and synergy realization. The Head of Corporate Development and Integrations will work closely with the executive team to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, such as de novo development and service line expansion, and will be a key partner in long-range strategic planning and capital allocation. Applicants for this position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, or healthcare M&A. Additionally, 3-5 years' in executive leadership or enterprise-level strategic roles is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in M&A, including experience in all aspects of the process from strategy to execution, and a proven track record of driving value through integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of behavioral health and value-based care, and a network of relationships within the sector. Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential for this position.
